Our Company was incorporated in Huntsville, Alabama in 1964.  The company name has been Averbuch Realty Co., Inc. since 1981.  In 1987 we moved to our present office at Main Street South which is conveniently located next to the main gate to Marshall Space Flight Center/Redstone Arsenal and the Sparkman Center.  In 1995, we added a branch office in Hampton Cove by the Robert Trent Jones 54-Hole Golf Course. Our newest office on Franklin Street supports ongoing downtown revitalization. Today our leading team of educated sales professionals markets residential and commercial real estate with properties for ownership and rental.

Averbuch Realty is an affiliate of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, which has members throughout North America and abroad.  We offer newcomer information packages, city tours and many personalized services to families moving in and out of the Huntsville area.  Our full service relocation department was previously awarded the National Incoming Referral Conversion Award by RELO. In 2008, Averbuch Realty became a charter member of ALAgroup, the first-ever statewide network of exclusive independent real estate companies. Scott Averbuch is in his 25th year as broker and owner.  He is a Huntsville native and has a business degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.  Scott was the 1992 President of the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS.  He was the 1994 REALTOR OF THE YEAR for both the local board and the Alabama Association of REALTORS. Scott is currently on the corporate Board of the Huntsville/Madison County Boys and Girls Club and serves on the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.  Averbuch Realty is proud to have had 4 REALTORS named Huntsville "REALTOR of the Year".  We have had three past presidents of the Huntsville Association of Realtors.  The HAAR 2008 Good Neighbor Award Winner is also a member of our team.
