Tracy DeGraaff

I have called Huntsville home for the last 25 years. Huntsville is a wonderful city to raise a family, build a career, and enjoy the golden years of retirement. With its array of dining, shopping, medical facilities, schools, and state park, Huntsville earns the nickname "little-big town", providing something for everyone.

Many years and experiences have connected me to real estate. In 1995, I completed my degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Design, which led to work with a local architect firm Jones and Herrin. Working on projects all over Huntsville and Madison, my experiences with these amazing Architects and Designers sharpened my skills in space planning, design detail, and problem solving. My most memorable project was the construction of Huntsville High School in 2003.

As I continued to improve myself both personally and professionally, I had the privilege of teaching physical education and coaching basketball at Randolph School. Serving families and their children in an educational and athletic environment are quite similar to serving families who may be buying or selling a home. We are a team. We are working together to reach a common goal. It's about asking the essential questions and then listening to the answers, and working together for the best solution.

Whether you are down-sizing, up-sizing, or desire a change, I would be honored to serve your family throughout the journey. I, too, have a team of experts that I can rely on at Averbuch Realty. I chose Averbuch because of the immeasurable expertise they have in real estate. We are a team of exceptional people, providing exceptional service.
